The PostureJac is fully guaranteed against defect in material and workmanship. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, contact SomatoCentric Systems for prompt action.   

The PostureJac is also guaranteed against wear and tear under normal usage conditions as described on the Exercise Card or website for a period of 6 months.    SomatoCentric Systems will replace a broken product or part when the original is returned.  

If you purchased the wrong size, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt.  SomatoCentric Systems will send out an alternate size.   Shipping and handling charges will be at the customer's expense.

If you are not satisfied with your PostureJac purchase, return it in good condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling charges.

With the exception of shipping errors, SomatoCentric Systems does not refund/credit shipping and handling fees or cost of returning the purchase.
