• All other orders shipped through Canada Post. Local federal and provincial taxes apply.
  Canadian estimated delivery: 1 week
• International single orders shipped by Small Packet - International Air, no tracking number. Estimated delivery: 2 weeks.
• International orders of 2 or more require surface shipping. Estimated delivery time 5 - 7 weeks.
  
  Note: International orders have the option at checkout to request a quote for expedited delivery with a tracking number (more expensive), or shipping by surface without tracking number (considerably cheaper, allow 6 - 8 weeks).

Sizing Guidelines

Sizing is important to get the beneficial lifting action of the PostureJac.    PostureJac sizes correspond more or less to the size of ladies or mens t-shirt that fits you comfortably.  The guidelines below provide general categories.

• Shorter than average people at the lower end of the range may find the next size down to be a better fit.
• Taller than average people at the upper end of the range may find the next size up a better fit.

Selecting The Right Size

People come in all shapes and sizes. Sizing is important so consider the guidelines carefully. Improperly sized purchases can be exchanged but return shipping is paid by purchaser.

We will give you the best guidelines possible. Chest size is not completely accurate because it does not close at the front. We offer the weight guidelines and clothing guidelines above. If you are "bottom heavy" or near the lower end of the weight scale and short in the waist, going down a size may be appropriate. If you are top heavy or long waisted, or tall, and near the top end of the scale, the next size up may be appropriate. If you are not sure, you may call 1-800-958-1765 during business hours.
