My Posturejac arrived just after I had finished a six-hour drive in a small rented car.  Slipping on the Posturejac to give it a try, I pulled my shoulder muscles down into a relieving stretch, and automatically 'jacked' my spine up back into its normal length.  Now, when I come home from long plane trips, Posturejac gets a workout before I do.  Posturejac is a well-designed piece of equipment, that can be used for different exercises, but the primary one is in my opinion the best and most unique: using downward pressure on the shoulders to create upward movement in the thoraco-lumbar spine.  Posturejac has an immediate 'why didn't I think of this?' feel to it, restoring length and freedom to a compressed spine when you don't have access to competent individualized bodywork.

As a Major League Strength and Conditioning Coordinator with the Arizona Diamondbacks I was delighted to see that the PostureJac blended in seamlessly with the rest of our Sports Medicine Team’s treatment paradigm. Simply, posture is where movement begins and ends. When working with professional athletes any edge you can provide can be vital. The PostureJac is one of the tools we use to help combat the cumulative effects of volume in baseball. Our guys play up to 19 games in 21 days, and to have a simple, effective way to re-groove the proper neurologic patterns and engrams is a luxury and might just give us an edge come playoff time. Major League Baseball is all about results, and so is the PostureJac. It is good to see a quality health care tool available in this world of infomercials and gimmicks. The PostureJac is in our toolbox and it should be in yours.
Nathan Shaw, Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, Arizona Diamondbacks   Major League Baseball

I am writing to express my delight in having the PostureJac available in my office for my patients to use as part of their Posture Program. As Chiropractors, we are committed to providing the best form of Proactive Health Care through the management of the nervous system’s optimal influence on organs, muscles and glands via adjusting the spine. We also know that the regular body patterns of sedentary work and computer activity, (like the forward head position), increase the speed of decay of the spine, and therefore have a significant and negative influence on the nervous system and overall health. We provide exercises and stretches for our patients, and this is good, but nothing compares to the effect of using the PostureJac to assist in re-establishment of proper Anterior/Posterior posture and reverse the consequences of the forward head position that can be used at home and at work.
I have tested the PostureJac, and must say that this device needs to be considered as much of an option to assist with adjustment programs, as cervical pillows and mirrored exercises. I completely endorse the use of the PostureJac as a necessary tool in every Chiropractor’s office.
Dr. David W. Harper, BSc., DC., F.C.C.S.S., PhD Candidate (nutrition)

“The PostureJac has been a great addition to my practice!  I treat  patients with postural and motor control deficits; the unit provides sensory and proprioceptive feedback that facilitates appropriate motor recruitment, arthrokinematics, and osteoalignment in the clinic and at home.  I also appreciate the versatility of the PostureJac, which allows me to creatively combine manual techniques with patient-assisted mobilizations.”
Edward W. Bezkor, PT, DPT, MTC

"I highly recommend the PostureJac for my patients. The science behind it is sound and the results speak for themselves. The device is excellent when utilized for postural training, stretching and core strengthening. Patients who have been in motor vehicle accidents or have an occupation that entail many hours of sitting and computer work would especially benefit from using the PostureJac. The effectiveness and minimal time requirement for the exercises and its affordability make the PostureJac a great choice. " Dr. G. Dadoun, D.C.

"The PostureJac is extremely user-friendly and educates the patient in correct postural alignment. It also helps maintain proper alignment while exercising."
Deborah K. White, PT

"The PostureJac is an excellent device for those patients suffering from posturally-related TMD, myofascial pain, tension-type headaches, etc. It is just what the doctor ordered for the correction of forward head posture."
Leonard B. Goldstein, DDS, PhD.

"I’ve been using the PostureJac for the past one and a half years in all my offices. The results have been remarkable for all age groups."
Wayne Hatami, PT

"Your web site looks AWESOME! We have been using the website videos to orient the staff. The videos work well to ensure proper form and to stimulate creativity on their part to the multiple ways the PostureJac can be used. My patients who are working on lumbar stability and are in the protective stage of rehab are responding very well to the hip hinge exercises. We will continue to pass on the website info to our patients."
Dr. Ed Bezkor, PT, DPT, MTC

"With the PostureJac on the patient was able to breathe much deeper. When wearing the PostureJac the patient stood at least 2" taller."
Dr. Veronica Southard, Associate Professor, Department of Physical Therapy, NY Institute of Technology, Old Westbury, NY

"I have been trying to get some feedback from our staff and patients about the PostureJac.  We use it with many different patient populations.  Most commonly, it is used with cervical, thoracic and shoulder patients.  We have found that it is a great tool for postural reeducation.  Most patients have no idea how they are supposed to stand and the Posturejac shows them ideal positioning.  It helps to stabilize during self stretching and is a great tool for patient education on proper stretching technique.  We have used the posture jac for core strengthening and during other ther-ex but we need to expand our treatment in this area.  The patients love the feeling of self guided stretch and several have inquired about purchasing it."
Jen Braun, PT

"The PostureJac provides the means whereby individuals can stretch what's tight, mobilize what's stiff, and strengthen what's weak. In so doing, one experiences enhanced health and wellness in body, mind, and spirit."
Dr. Howard Makofsky, Author, and Creator of the PostureJac
